AK Production provides a productivity mobile application that allows users to:

Import and work with photos from their device
Access productivity tools and features
Make in-app purchases for premium features

The App operates primarily with local data storage on your device.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Interfere with the App's security features
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Use the App to violate any applicable laws

4. User Content and Photos

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you create or import
Content is stored locally on your device
You are responsible for backing up your content
We do not access, store, or transmit your photos to our servers

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The legality of your content
Ensuring you have rights to use imported photos
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Any consequences arising from your content use

5. In-App Purchases

Purchase Terms

In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
Pricing is set by the respective app stores
Features purchased are tied to your app store account

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made through your app store (Apple or Google)
We do not process direct refunds
App store refund policies apply

Premium Features

Purchased features are activated immediately upon successful payment
Features remain active as long as the App is installed
Reinstalling the App will restore purchased features linked to your account

6. Advertising

Third-Party Advertisements

The App displays advertisements from third-party advertising networks
We do not control the content of advertisements
Clicking on ads may redirect you to external websites
We are not responsible for third-party advertiser practices

Ad-Related Data

Advertising partners may collect device information for ad personalization
You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings
Ad revenue helps us maintain and improve the App

7. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time
Delete the App to terminate your use
Termination does not affect purchased features

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Use the App for illegal purposes
Engage in harmful activities
Fail to pay for purchases

13. Updates and Modifications

App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality
Updates may be required for continued use
New features may be subject to additional terms
